Congratulations on passing Phase 1. This round evaluates depth of thought, analytical rigor, and intellectual honesty.
Why are we asking these?
These questions are intentionally provocative, abrasive, and touch on highly sensitive topics. We aren't doing this to be edgy—we are doing this to find the fearless. We want speakers who don't rely on rehearsed, safe answers. We are looking for candidates who possess the intellectual courage to navigate polarizing discourse, challenge premises, and hold their own in an unscripted, rigorous environment.
